Connect leaders play a momentous role in both the spiritual and relational development of our entire congregation. Connect leaders not only host and facilitate these groups, but also serve as a shepherd to our flock by leading people down a path of spiritual maturity and church involvement. This is one of the most significant positions at LIFECHURCH, and we place an emphasis on training and equipping people in that area of leadership. The resources below are intended to be a tool for Connect leaders to learn and grow so that they may be more effective leaders to those whom God has entrusted to them.
